1. Upskilling and Re-skilling
LWOW equips students with essential skills for legal service providers, including leadership, communication, project management, innovation, cultural competency, technology, problem finding and problem solving skills. It prepares students to engage effectively with clients and today's legal market.
2. Transforming Culture and Relationships
LWOW is team-based, bringing together law and business professionals with students globally to solve real-world problems. Participants not only develop innovation skills but also reshape relationships with colleagues and clients, fostering community and cultural change.
3. Creating Innovative Solutions
At LWOW Sprint, teams use the 3-4-5 Method of Innovation™ to create practical solutions, known as "Projects of Worth," to tackle real business-of-law challenges presented by legal departments, law firms, and professional service providers.
LawWithoutWalls Sprint is an agile, 3-day innovation, collaboration & transformation experience where participants learn and apply design thinking principles to co-create Projects of Worth; the foundations of viable solutions solving for urgent business-of-law challenges.
