Roxana Bacon has practiced and taught immigration law for over 40 years. She has served as General Counsel to the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Chief Counsel to United States Citizenship & Immigration Services under President Obama, represented foreign nationals and U.S. companies in every aspect of immigration law, and has taught or lectured in immigration law at Law Schools in Miami, Syracuse, Phoenix, Tucson and San Francisco. She is passionate about the subject not only from a U.S. legal perspective but from the international law and policy issues raised by the increasing number of global migrants.
