Ronald Ravikoff is a mediator and arbitrator with JAMS. He has over 35 years of experience in mediation, arbitration, complex litigation, and dispute counseling. His litigation dispute resolution practice focuses on complex commercial matters with a particular emphasis on matters involving parallel civil and criminal proceedings including antitrust and trade regulation, class actions, financial institution litigation, securities litigation and regulatory proceedings, healthcare litigation, and trade secrets matters. He is a retired senior litigation partner of Akerman Senterfitt. Prior to Akerman, he was the Managing Partner of the Miami office of Zuckerman Spaeder for over 25 years. Ravikoff is a cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Miami Law Review. He also holds an M.R.P. and a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University. Ravikoff teaches Business Litigation, a workshop instructing students in the strategies and judgment required in complex business litigation. He is also a participant in the Law Without Walls program.
