Luevenia Sterling graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2000 and worked as a commercial real estate attorney at large firms in New York and Miami. She later worked as in-house counsel with a real estate development company in Miami, and as a career coach with a Miami non-profit. At Miami Law's Career Development Office she provides career coaching and creates professional development and leadership training for law students and attorneys. She currently teaches The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and leads guided meditations as a facilitator with the Mindfulness in Law Program. Sterling is a member of the New York and Florida Bar Associations, and is certified as an ACC credentialed coach by the International Coach Federation. She is also a certified facilitator of The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Franklin Covey.
