Amir Isaiah practices at Genovese Joblove & Battista, P.A. in the areas of receivership, fiduciary services, and litigation consulting. He routinely acts as a Receiver for both federal and state courts to marshal, manage, operate, restructure, and/or liquidate troubled assets, including distressed real estate.

Prior to joining Genovese Joblove & Battista, Mr. Isaiah served as the director of receivership and fiduciary services at Kaufman, Rossin, & Co., one of Florida’s largest accounting and consulting firms.

Mr. Isaiah serves on the Executive Council of the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar, and is a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.

At Miami Law Mr. Isaiah teaches in the Robert Traurig-Greenberg Traurig LL.M. in Real Property Development Program. He teaches Problem-Solving in Real Property Development—a course that provides students with a hands-on perspective of how to identify, address, and resolve issues and disputes that may arise in the real estate development process.
