Kristina Klykova is a Ukrainian lawyer with an LL.B degree from Odessa National Academy of Law, a Master of International Law and Economics degree from the World Trade Institute, University of Bern, Switzerland and an LL.M in International Arbitration from the University of Miami School of Law. Kristina Klykova is also an S.J.D. (Ph.D in Law) Candidate, focusing her doctoral thesis on international investment arbitration.

During her LL.M studies at the UM, Kristina worked as a Research Assistant for Prof. John Rooney, focusing on international commercial and investment arbitration, as well as contract interpretation. She is currently involved in the preparation for ICCA 2014 Conference in Miami.

Her research and legal interests lie in the field of international trade and international dispute settlement.

Kristina Klykova worked as the Legal Assistant to the Member of the Ukrainian Parliament, as a Junior Associate at Andriy Kravets & Partners Law Offices (Ukraine), participated in the Parliamentary Development Project for Ukraine (USAID) and performed legal research in the field of international trade (USA).

Kristina is fluent in Russian, Ukrainian and English with the intermediate level of German and is a member of Young ICCA, ICC YAF, YIAG.
