Myles Cochran, Director of Domestic Public Interest and Pro Bono Programs at Miami Law, received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2003.

Before returning to Coral Gables, Mr. Cochran practiced as a commercial real estate attorney for seven years in Chicago and Miami, while remaining active in various pro bono and community service initiatives.

Currently, he is responsible for the development and implementation of local and national public interest and pro bono initiatives and, along with other members of the HOPE Public Interest Resource Center staff, he co-directs the Miami Scholars and HOPE Fellows Programs as well as the Pro Bono Legal Research Project.

Mr. Cochran serves as an Ambassador for City Year Miami, advises boards of directors for nonprofit organizations and continues to undertake pro bono matters. This fall he will teach a seminar titled Justice and the Pro Bono Ethic.
