Patricia Brown is an internationally-recognized expert in the field of international taxation, with specialties in tax treaty policy and interpretation and the international taxation of financial products and institutions. She is also the chair of the Graduate Program in Taxation, which is ranked in the top 10 in the U.S.

Professor Elliott Manning teaches courses in taxation, business planning, business associations, and corporate finance.

Professor Edgardo Rotman is the author of numerous books and articles published internationally. He teaches International Criminal Law, Comparative Criminal Law and Procedure, and International Business Crimes.

Professor Caroline Bradley is an expert in United States securities regulation, international finance, and business associations.
